BACKGROUND

SOTA is an Industrial IoT and AI platform that transforms complex operational data into actionable recommendations for manufacturing companies.

The platform aggregates data from thousands of sensors and production assets, helping operations teams monitor equipment health, identify inefficiencies, and optimize production decisions to maximize daily cash flow.

One deployment of SOTA generated AI-driven recommendations that increased customer cash flow by approximately $25,000 per day.

Making technical data understandable

Manufacturing systems expose hundreds of metrics simultaneously. I prioritized visual hierarchy, progressive disclosure, and KPI-focused layouts to reduce cognitive load.
